The Snow News Team is seeing very good chances of widespread Snowfall from Friday throughout the weekend in the Southern Northern Cape (Sutherland), Mountainous areas of the Western Cape including Matroosberg the Eastern Cape (widespread) and Kwazulu-Natal including the Southern Drakensberg, Underberg, Bulwer and the KZN Midlands as far as Newscastle possibly even into the extreme south-eastern parts of Mpumalanga. Lesotho will of course also see much more snow with 10-20cm possible around Afriski and Tiffendell.
Keep in mind this is an advanced forecast so it is subject to change.

Our winter is most definitely still not over and the Snow News team is still expecting more snow ahead as our seasons slowly start shifting towards Spring. We predict there could be snow in September possibly even October this year.
